For those who got the pharaoh protector did you install it on the back or the front of the original. And if so, why?
I ended up installing mine on the back.
-there was already wear to the back of the plastic from the switch assembly
-normally plastic protectors go on the back to give the original Plastix more rigidity.
But in the case of this pin the plastic takes a head on beating, so maybe There is cases for both

Is it worth it to pickup a premium eventually over a pro? I like the art package on premium slightly better.
If you really enjoy the game I would say go for premium. The battle mode start on the pro is a bit clunky. Also a physical ball lock is a bit more satisfying than a virtual one.
For the record, I love my pro though
Quoted from BMore-Pinball:Someone tell me I am not nuts .....
Went to an arcade to try out some new pins - mostly Munsters.
Maiden was not on my radar at all, but I but a few quarters in the Premium and kept coming back to it.
Is this one of the best new Sterns or not?
Not a huge fan of the music, but not a hater.
Art package and layout are awesome - really fun game.
Thinking of getting a premium -
Any non-Maiden fans have on in their collection?
I’m not a maiden fan. I don’t mind a few of their songs. I have owned around 6-8 pins and a maiden pro was my first NiB. I think you will be happy with a prem.
You can check out the reviews as well.
Maken still waiting for you to create your own thread regarding your issues and stern's response. Just making sure you are going through with that. Stern needs to be held accountable for the product they sold you, as well I'd like to hear more about your distributor and what they are doing to help you, that's pretty much their job - what else are they doing for your money other than sending a PO to stern?
Ugh, was one shot away from 2 minutes to midnight and cyborg was also ready to go. So close! I think I had my 2 eddy cards as well.
IMo Pro, less time tweaking your game. No Newton ball issues, sarcophagus lock shot happens only a few times a game. Middle scoop is cool but I don’t like how it pops back out, should have been a subway return to your flippers.
Premium art is dope though.
To teach their own
Quoted from BMore-Pinball:I have 0 issues with it "popping back out" of the scoop
I may of missed it, but not heard of anybody else having issues with this either.
Premium is a good package for this title
Either way it's a great pin, go premium if you can afford it
I never said it was an issue, just a feature that could have been executed better is all.
Quoted from mollyspub:So speaking of flipper alignment...does anyone think the lower flippers are too low? I'm sure thats what they had in mind when designing this game but, if you compare where they sit with other games, they sit lower. Would it be considered cheating if they were raised a tad?
Not sure if this would fix my issue but the ball seems to hop a little coming from the left return lane to the flipper, making the right ramp and right loop very inconsistent. Would raising up the flipper a bit help with that? If so I would do that in a heartbeat. Right flipper seems ok.
Quoted from PinMonk:It's weird, they make a step back in the right direction, then it's back to cost reduction land and it goes away.
At least we got the service Rails back!
Quoted from PinMonk:Rip the upper left spinner. Win. Those turns count as switch hits which qualify the mummy jackpot, so you can qualify the mummy jackpot with one rip if the ball's fast enough, two at most. Then hit the captive ball and repeat. It can be over very quickly since the spinner shot is not hard.
Got my first ever mummy eddy card from this. Thank you!
Quoted from PinMonk:Now go for a level 2 card!
fack i have no idea what that is. Time to read the ruleset again
Quoted from rai:Why is it more important on the premium?
The sarcophagus lock is started by shooting the left ramp on the premium instead of the middle ramp on the pro. How many times do you start mummy multiball in a game though? I am around 2-3 usually.
