What the record is for longest amount of time a ball has spent in a single pop-bumper trip.

#63 3 years ago
Quoted from mcvetyty:

No idea on time.

The game would have been a Game Plan Cyclopes. Ball bouncing between rubber ring and lower left pop bumper. Usually a path is worn through the wood on them. People leave it go and walk away.

"Crazy" Bob has been battling an un-diagnosed mental illness for years but hasn't got the help he needed. The pinball universe hasn't been kind to him and now he's stuck with a permanent label. #helpbob

What happens when you get to the end of the TFTC video mode? I played the crap out of this game and never got it. There is an audit in the game that says "deepest doors" the count stayed at 0.

Why does Thunderbirds exist

#67 3 years ago
Quoted from Coolpinballdino:

Why does Thunderbirds exist

Because homepin manufactured it. Simple enough.

#68 3 years ago

Why is it when just about every new game is released, at least 90% of the time, it has nothing to do with the 21st century?

#69 3 years ago
Quoted from Boat:

Why did all the Bally 4 players EMs made in the 70s all have ONE red post when the rest of the posts were white?

#76 3 years ago
Quoted from weeze:

That was a Greg Kmiec trademark. Before they gave them credit for design, he put it in there as his signature.

How can I accidentally drop a screw/nut/spacer inside the cabinet and the part is never to be found? Does the part end up in a parallell universe?

#78 3 years ago

#79 3 years ago

Who is the "Kora" mentioned several times on Williams Algar playfield/plastics?

Why do Pinbot and Jackbot each have that single transparent blue standup target when every other target is opaque?

How did Constantino Mitchell not get fired after creating such hideous artwork on early Williams SS games like Phoenix?

#80 3 years ago

Why did Stern decide to keep raising prices while obviously cutting back on the quality control team?

I heard they team up with the missing socks and go back packing across Europe

Quoted from Coolpinballdino:

Why does Thunderbirds exist

Quoted from snowy_owl:

Because homepin manufactured it

based on the design input and feedback of Aussie Arcade sycophants.

That's why he reacted so badly on pinside when it landed North of the equator and reality hit home with honest reviews.

#88 3 years ago
Quoted from Lhyrgoif:

Where is Vid hiding?

He is not hiding....a little piece of him exists in us all.

What does the album and Game title Capt. Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy have to do with pinball and a scene from Tommy?

#93 3 years ago

Why are pinballs round instead square, egg shaped, or puck shaped ?

We are always seeing playfield changes. Why not the thing we use the flippers to hit ?

Quoted from punkin:

How do you find something more mindless than this...?

#97 3 years ago
Quoted from mbeardsley:

Have you ever noticed that no matter where in the world they were built...all pyramids have the same shape?

No they don't, they only have the same shape. That's a ridiculous statement.

Elton John was in the Tommy movie

Quoted from mbeardsley:

You have to remember how they came to be.

Aliens from outer space had these huge rock square blocks to use as landing pads for their spacecraft. When they dropped them on planet Earth. One corner went into the ground instead of flat side down. So now this square half buried looks like a pyramid.
