When viewing my favorites, if I click on a green unread count and open it in a new tab, the unread count goes away (which makes sense), however if, an hour later, more replies happen to have been made, and I refresh the page, the post will still be listed as 'read'

Actually there has been kind of an unread / refresh issue since the last big update. It I see a thread I have been reading (let us say 5/40 telling me I have 5 new) I click it, read and go Back and it is still 5/40. If I click the Forum link it does a complete refresh properly.
Using Back used to work just fine.
Here, I just recreated a strange read / unread anomaly.
There are 3 threads in a row I have 1 unread document. Read, come back it is 0.
Go to thread 2 and read, come back it is zero and the first thread is back to 1 while #2 goes 0.
Read 3 and go back. It goes 0.
I did this back and forth a few times before deciding to screen shot and document.
