Quoted from P1NBALL:

Appreciate the help however I already have been verified by another member on here. I have the green check. DM still not cooperating.

I had the same issue when I created my account. even though I was verified only a few hours after creating the account, I still could not send a DM until the 48 hour waiting period was over. Yes it says you can start messaging as soon as your account is verified, but that's not correct. I reached out to the mods about it, but looks like nothing was fixed, I just had to wait 2 days.

I accidentally bought 2 extra sets of 4 blue leg castors/footies (these: https://www.pinballlife.com/perfectplay-silicone-leg-leveler-casters-set-of-4.html )

Make me a reasonable offer if you want a set. pickup only or we can meet somewhere. Im located NW of Milwaukee, WI.

Who found the most eggs today?
Who ate the most chocolate?
Who heard a church sermon about renewal?
Who had a Passover Seder yesterday?
Who dreamt of his next NIB pinball?
Who is dreading the next Stern price hike?
Who bought a mod in advance of his incoming game?
Who played Wordle?

Wordle for me. My kids found all 88 eggs I “hid” for them.

I’m in Stevens Point for work today, tomorrow, and next Monday/Tuesday. I know there’s District 1 Brewing that has a few pins. Are there any other places up this way?

Quoted from RustyLizard:

We have 15 pins there. How many are you looking for?

I haven’t been there yet, just know of the place. If my schedule works out I may stop by Monday night for a drink or two and some pinball.

Got a Tron LE in on a trade. Beautiful game. Trying to talk myself into keeping it but just not getting into it. Never saw either movie, so a lot if it makes no sense. Can see it being available.

Fellow LE owner and also in SE WI. I love the movie so a lot makes sense, but if I remove all of that and just follow the ruleset, it’s a very simple game. Fill in the ladder by starting each mode. You can either just start the modes to reach the mini-wizard mode (sea of simulation) where you have to complete each mode you started but haven’t completed before advancing to portal multi-ball. If you complete all of the modes during normal gameplay, you skip sea of simulation and go straight to portal multi-ball. Light cycle, disc, and quorra are the 3 modes with multi-ball. The hardest mode in my mind is the gem mode/shot. The right inner loop. There’s a few ways to hit that shot; bank it off the drop targets, glance it off the “U” standup just to the right of the left ramp, or use the upper flipper just after shooting the quorra loop shot. However, the last shot method is semi-difficult if the recognizer (retractable 3 standup target bank) is up. To complete gem mode, you have to hit that shot 3 times to start it then a 4th time to complete.

Only other recommendation I can make is follow the inserts. They light up flashing showing you what you need to hit in that mode. Once you hit that shot they either go solid or go out.

What is going on in this thread? Keeps showing there are new posts for me, but there don’t seem to be any… anyone else seeing odd behavior?

I cleared website data for pinside and it seems to have cleared things up for me. I had to login again but when I go back to the forum overview after reading new posts it doesn’t show any unread posts count for posts I already ready.

EDIT: just follow the steps Robin posted about this. It’s what I did and fixed the issue. https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/attention-iphone-ipad-safari-users-encountering-website-issues-today

Does anyone have any experience woking with arduino to write a code. I am trying to build a pinball playfield wall are and it sounds like I need to write a code to wire up lights. If anyone local could help I would appreciate it.

I'm not local to you, but I have some experience writing code for Arduino. Could possibly help.

Insider connected gives you a QR code. This is your account. This is what shows up when you tap the little QR button on the website or what is also in your google wallet. On the machine in the lower right side of the apron should be a white square which is a camera. The machine scans your QR code and logs you into the machine. You’ll see your name and avatar icon above the player score. You will also hear a little tone/jingle indicating you have logged in. Once you complete a game, any achievements and your score are uploaded from the game to your insider connected account. Nothing except your login QR code is stored or goes through your phone. Of course this also depends on if the game is connected to the internet.
