Can anyone pass on any information of any individuals who might service pinball machines in the Mankato, MN area? I have a Cyclone I would finally like to get up and running. I'm willing to learn, but still don't know a great deal about servicing pins. When I've read threads that relate to my issues, my brain feels like its going to melt down.

Quoted from LTG:

Too cool. I got into the finals :

And I didn't even know there was a contest.
LTG : )

I went online and you got my vote. Nothing against the other two, but it should go to an original who has gone through some real lean times when pinball and arcades were an afterthought. Plus, who else has a Big Bang Bar available for the public to play? The one and only Lloyd.

Quoted from Whysnow:

also, not sure if just assuming based on your user name, but the Phish is often heard at my house when playing pinball.
If you dig that then we would likely get along well

Phish and pinball are a good combo!

Quoted from lordloss:

Tried playing pins today at blainebrook, got quarters before I realized everything but pinbot was turned off...
Donny not like making money on sundays or am I missing something?

I drive from Mankato up there and anytime I go up, most if not all machines are off depending on the time of day. i usually am the one who turns them on when I'm there. Most machines will be marked if they aren't working, but what I usually do first is go to the elevated pin area and on the left side wall is a clip board where people will write down if there are any issues with any of the pins. That way I don't waste time pumping money into a pin with an issue.

Quoted from LTG:

We'll know in two or three years. Barcades are hot right now. Once the new wears off, we'll see how fast they change format and what of pinball remains.
LTG : )

If they were smart they would have come and talked to you, Lloyd. If there's anyone that has seen the changes over the past 40 years and would probably know the most about this topic, it would be you.
