Hello all, I'm on the lookout for restoration help. Are there Madison area folks who do shopping, playfield touchups, cabinet restorations etc? Any help finding local contacts would be appreciated.

Hello all.

I looking for an apron for my GTB Jack's Open, as mine is really faded. Don't believe they make reproductions. Is ebay the best bet (didn't see a great one on there), and/or does anyone have a very nice one for sale?

Thanks

Dave

edit: I found the decals available. I assume all I need to do is apply the decal, and not repaint, as long as I just have fading colors. Sound right?

Thanks Again

Quoted from trilogybeer:

I would think the decals would be clear , so that means that you would need to repaint the apron before applying decals . Unless the decals perfectly cover the colors , But that would be taking a chance because it won't look good if they are aligned just a bit off and some of the old color is seen underneath . I would repaint the apron .

Ahhh...thank you.

A few games available in WI.
-A ‘like new’ Tornado Elite Fooseball. Pro/tournament model. Light kit. $2100 new, $1100.
-A 1950’s animated Horoscope vendor. (Pinside ad) Small footprint, beautiful original w/ stock of unopened boxes of original horoscope packets. Rare as hen’s teeth. Possibly the only working/complete model in existence. Topper. Works 100%. Great conversation piece.
-1958 Gtb Wagon Train wood rail. Original in great condition. Mechanically restored by a well known collector. (Pinside ad)

PM with questions.
Thanks for looking.
