I used these guys a few years ago on a golf ballwasher. It continues to look great after 4 summers outside. I thought they were very reasonable and think I might see if they can do the wire ramps on my IJ.

It was tempered and has worked very weill in my STTNG.
The dimensions are: 43" x 23-3/4" - 3/16" thick

I think you should screw it to the ceiling in the master bedroom so the guy buying your house has to see it every night before he goes to sleep.
