Quoted from princea56001:

Can anyone pass on any information of any individuals who might service pinball machines in the Mankato, MN area? I have a Cyclone I would finally like to get up and running. I'm willing to learn, but still don't know a great deal about servicing pins. When I've read threads that relate to my issues, my brain feels like its going to melt down.

I know the feeling I have been at it the last few months and making progress on my Space station. I found some good resources on the web and just listed them on my recent looking for help thread

BTW anybody who can provide insights on my Aux Power Board would be appreciated. see link

In trying to order One Grand Biltz wax twice recently I have had my order canceled and money refunded. The woman I talked to today said the factory had a bad fire and people were hurt. The future outlook is unknown.

My question for folks in the bigger cities is whether there are any retail outlets that anyone knows of which handles the product? I have brothers in Madison and the twin cities I am planning to visit over the holidays.

If anyone finds a stash considering picking up a jar for me.

Thanks
Randy

I responded and they told me sold pending pick-up.

I bet they got a lot of inquiries.

I hope a pinbsider gets it and reports how sound the condition is or not.

A couple of pals have spare AMH back glasses. I recently made a few lightbox's to mount them on the wall. I made a spare and can offer it up to someone interested. I'll be attending MGC and can bring there. I'll even make more if there is more interest.

They are made of veneer grade plywood with edges puttyed and sealed with sanding sealer, ready to accept paint. If you choose to not paint I could do a maple edging. The box accepts an insert size of 27 1\8 wide, 20 3\8 tall, The bottom strip is removable and can be replaced to accommodate a shorter glass. The box mounts to the wall with a french cleat, included.

You will need to provide your own H channel and lights.

note the vent holes

I took demensions off of my old Williams machine to make it look authentic.

Quoted from CaptainNeo:

how are they for keeping the game on them? and do they keep the game from sliding around easy? I'd be up for trying a set or 2.

I use these casters on a carpeted floor and like them a lot

Quoted from CaptainNeo:

are they sticky for hard floors?

No, they are harder plastic, but don't slide much on tile or carpet. better than the rusty levelers.
