I got a little bit of a laugh seeing their referencing the top 100 on pinside. Seeing how the top 100 discussions go over on pinside I'd love to be a fly on the wall there when someone there pulls out the list and has a chat with the staff. I don't know why but I see this happening.

If I made it to Hopkins, I would definitely spend several hours working through your lineup. I don't think there is anywhere half as good up around Duluth.

Average joes in superior has three new sterns.

Check the pinside map. I keep it updated. If any of those two places have an issue let me know. Ebd is down but tna is rocking and bdk just was fully gone through and updated

Got a Tron LE in on a trade. Beautiful game. Trying to talk myself into keeping it but just not getting into it. Never saw either movie, so a lot if it makes no sense. Can see it being available.

Must have been a hell of a trade.

Once I knew how to play the game more, it clicked better. Here is the tutorial. Give it a shot but the game is kind of basic, I think the theme and sound raise the game but it is over hyped hard

Fellow LE owner and also in SE WI. I love the movie so a lot makes sense, but if I remove all of that and just follow the ruleset, it’s a very simple game. Fill in the ladder by starting each mode. You can either just start the modes to reach the mini-wizard mode (sea of simulation) where you have to complete each mode you started but haven’t completed before advancing to portal multi-ball. If you complete all of the modes during normal gameplay, you skip sea of simulation and go straight to portal multi-ball. Light cycle, disc, and quorra are the 3 modes with multi-ball. The hardest mode in my mind is the gem mode/shot. The right inner loop. There’s a few ways to hit that shot; bank it off the drop targets, glance it off the “U” standup just to the right of the left ramp, or use the upper flipper just after shooting the quorra loop shot. However, the last shot method is semi-difficult if the recognizer (retractable 3 standup target bank) is up. To complete gem mode, you have to hit that shot 3 times to start it then a 4th time to complete.

Only other recommendation I can make is follow the inserts. They light up flashing showing you what you need to hit in that mode. Once you hit that shot they either go solid or go out.

Anyone have any interest in a Black Pyramid or Doodlebug? Both are projects. Doodlebug was running recently, probably just needs a few relays cleaned. Back glass has paint loss but was triple thicked, cabinet has fade, but playfield is pretty nice. Black Pyramid has nice back glass and cabinet,minor playfield wear, but boards are probably shot.

I can send a few pictures after Christmas is anyone is interested.

I thought I should mention here. Posted on Facebook in the Midwest Pinball and Arcade Collectors group a suggestion to trade my jjp pins for Sterns.

Some nice posts on that thread and brobra offered help.

I have had some private contacts. And want to point out that since I no longer need to keep jjp pins for tech support, at some point they could be traded or sold for something I could use.

I'm not looking to wholesale them out, trade two for one, or any ridiculous offers. I appreciate distributors running store fronts need to make money. I'm running a business too.
