I have a Comet project if anyone interested. Game powers up and plays. Needs cleaning, maybe hardtop? Nice bg, no alkaline damage on board.cabinet has scratches, pressboard on rear of head has bowed out from moisture as it was in a garage for years, should be replaced. A couple of the displays are showing very early signs of measles.Nice winter project for someone. 1250
Easy pick up in woodbury.

I seriously suggest anyone interested to come out and check it out. We will have The pinball place there with new machines from Stern, American, and JJP, as well as a P3 Multimorphic weird al and TNA to name a few of the machines coming out!
I look forward to meeting anyone this weekend, and if you want to bring a machine or a few please reach out if you have any questions! We are setting up for 2D Con Thursday which is when load in is happening for the convection. Thanks again everyone and I look forward to seeing people out there!

If Northvibe is who I think it is, their tables were a nice addition. I’m in there once a week or so and it’s rare that more than one is down. The vendong company that supplies the pins has its company sticker on each game and can probably be reached for a heads up. I know that’s extra work, but they mainly care about their bar there, not surprisingly. I remember when DP landed there as NOB. Now it’s a bit janky. It has an original ball in it that is NOT truly round any longer. It’s a trip to see it spin. It looks like it’s throbbing. Weird!

I used to be on the Monday league team that played at UpDown, and you're right that almost every week we saw no more than one machine out of order. Some of them played kind of strange, but at 10-25c a game I rarely had any complaints. I mostly played Tron for the league, and that thing always played great.

I tried calling the number once because we wanted to get ahold of whoever was doing maintenance so we could get some conversations going about some adjustments that needed to be done, but I never heard back from anyone. We no longer play league there so I don't go as often as I should, but I always recommend it as the place to go if you want more than just pinball, but still want a good amount of pinball machines.

Had so much fun at the tournament and playing games all night.

I also wanted to thank the pinball place for bringing a solid 10 game line up. We got to play games we don’t see up north. Jjp’s, stern and AP’s Valhalla which we fell in love with and played the whole weekend.
