The $150 Sinbad from today's CL was being loaded up into someone's car as I pulled into the seller's driveway. Missed it by 20 or so minutes. Congrats on what looked to be a pretty damn clean Sinbad if you're on here. Hope it was just a fuse.

Ha, I probably could've gotten that one. Saw it right as it was posted. I decided against it because I'm out of room and the backglass had a lot of paint gone. Playfield looked great though...

I didn't want to look like a lunatic, so I didn't get that close, but yeah. Backglass clearly had issues, but the side of the cabinet that I saw looked great, and the lower half of the playfield looked pretty clean. Enjoy your bargain, mystery dude.

Wasn't me. I feel your pain though. A few months ago I missed out on a cheap Sorcerer in Milwaukee. I was so excited to see the CL post was only 10 minutes ago. I was 2nd in line.

Maybe we can start a thread to see who got it and then have people chime in to talk about how they tried to screw him out of it by telling the seller it was worth way more and offering more $$$.

Now I'm wishing it had been Ben loading it into his car.

That's low when people do that, it just turns into an auction. Even worse if the seller actually takes the higher offer as opposed to who emailed first. There was a high speed for sale a while back for $900. I emailed the guy saying I would take it. Later that day he emailed me back saying that someone was coming to pick it up the next day for $900, but if I wanted it I could give him $1000 and pick it up that night. Terrible business practice, and quite frankly just a jerk move. I emailed him back saying I wasn't interested and that he should do the right thing and sell it to whoever emailed first.

Wednesday June 22nd we will be having a Ghostbusters Launch party at Clevelands Pub and Grill in New Berlin! Everyone is welcome. Tournament starts at 6:30 with open qualifying until 8:45. Rop 8 will then compete in its own 2 strike tournament on Ghostbusters and Gme of Thrones. Final match will be played on Ghostbusters.

This will be IFPA sanctioned and we will have prizes from Stern, translites, beer, trophies for top 3 and possibly dome free pizza during qualifying. I will also see if Wisconsin Amusements has any goodies to throw in as well.

No entry fee just coin drop throughout the event,

Also a shoutout to Clevelands pub in advance for being very welcoming for us pinball players. They are very excited to have us so lets make it a great event.
