Quoted from Whysnow:Lol. I sold a few so of course that means i am looking for replacements already.
You selling anything?
You are selling? Cool! I have been waiting to upgrade my BK2K to a nicer one.

First dibs on your old one.
Quoted from Whysnow:You selling anything?
Probably have to if I buy another, dont think I can fit any more in the game room.
Quoted from Matt_Rasmussen:I can't remember what grade I was in the last time I thought of dibs...
It is a WI thing . You won't understand...
Quoted from ssbodyman:Probably have to if I buy another, dont think I can fit any more in the game room.
Did you ever get that old TZ? I have a nice pf and would like to find a good core game at some point to restore.
Quoted from Whysnow:It is a WI thing . You won't understand...
I deleted it, because maybe I want dibs someday.
Quoted from Whysnow:Bring your bsd and a pimp roll...
Actually BK2K is available but would be more than you want to spend. It is HUO and pretty much the nicest one this side of the mississippi.
I heard what you paid for it. That wouldn't stop me if it's that nice. Only problem is I bought 5 tons of pellets today so I can't buy it this month.
Quoted from epthegeek:I'd guess Dr Who.

We had a rough medical situation here...and praise the Lord on high - it looks like it's going to bounce the right way, but not out of the woods and the possibility will always be there to turn the wrong side. Serious shite too, not giving you any melodrama. My stomach was twisted in on itself with some of the office visits we were in. Some of you know what that is like. Caused me to obviously re-evaluate my life real quickly. We all are going to get to that point at some time our lives...mine was just now.
I have 50 games. I'll probably take that down to 8 or so, so I can host in our local pin events. I'm going to go through my records to see what I have invested in each one. I need some time as many things going on and will put prices up on the WI pinball site first. Then here and if no interest, will take it to CL and as a last resort Ebay.
Please don't email me - half of my stuff is on it's end and I need some time to spend with my family and regain my sanity.

Not sure whom you heard from, but unless you heard from me or the previous seller then you dont know. It is perfect in pretty much every way, but you won't be willing to pay what i want for it.

Wish I had the means to pick up that PF, is a super clean machine, nicest one I've ever seen. Actually, all of these are in great shape and play very well. Jim is a good guy too.
Thanks to all who have sent my their concerns and well wishes. We're on a holding pattern until the next MRI in 3 months. Like how us midwesterns rationalize events that happen to us..."It could be worse".
I have not had the pleasure of meeting you Methos - however I can relate to something happening and making you stop and re-evaluate priorities and life.. It is sad that it sometimes takes such drastic measures, but I am very glad you and yours are ok. You will enter and remain in my prayers
I've got a pile of old playfields (wall art) that I am looking to get rid of. Also, a wall-mount dartboard.
I think I bought MOST of these from RustyLizard? Russ- thanks for the PFs, but I think I'm going to go for a more modern look in the basement.

Best of luck from me too, Mark. You've got my number and feel free to call if you need a hand.
Tully
Thanks all - we're good. No more attention now ok? Let's talk about something else....
Everyone getting pumped for MRP?
Quoted from Methos:Everyone getting pumped for MRP?
That is a silly question!!! I am so pumped I can barely sleep and it is still 2 weeks away.
I can hardly wait to hang out and have so much fun with all you crazy faquers! Don't drink away my entire wallet this year
Quoted from TomGWI:Where is Centerflank? He has been strangely quiet for sometime.
I miss him.
He is busy working. Summer season = house painting season.
he and Trophy will be at MRP in full effect!
I heard a rumor he may be selling his precious... For anyone looking for a super sweet (non-verified) HUO LOTR, hit him up before he changes his mind.
MRP = Mad Rollin Pinball
3rd annual this year. We take over a sweet sports bar for the weekend, bring in 24 games this year, and generally have a great time while raising money for charity.
Quoted from northvibe:............where is this held?
Pooley's on eastside of Madison. We typically do it in early september on a badgers away game weekend.
This year we expanded and hit our goal of 24 games and 64 people for the main event. It has been a really fun thing each year. We are shooting for 2500 at least for charity this year.
Dang, Madison is a drive :/ Sounds freaking sweet though. 24 games!!! Almost like the pinvitational golf thing in iowa with gorilla a few years ago.
Yeah the local and regional crew have really stepped up to make this crazy thing a success!
I really like the unique pingolf and pinbrawl format, but the one draw back is we are limited on total people we can have. That said 64 people is a lot from a logistical POV so I feel good with that. If we want more people we either need to expand the days for competition or change the format.
Quoted from Methos:I need some time as many things going on and will put prices up on the WI pinball site first.
Very cool! For those non WI people, that's wisconsinspinballs.com
Quoted from Methos:Everyone getting pumped for MRP?
Yup. Looking forward to seeing everyone again!
Quoted from davewtf:Glad to see everyone is enjoying their long holiday weekend.

I had the pleasure of hanging with Tim and his Family for the parade. My cheeks still hurt from laughing so much at this thing. A really a great time this afternoon.
For those in the area add it to your to do list for next year. It was epic.
Chris
I'll be adding a Funhouse to my arcade thanks to ChrisS and Methos. It'll be a LTG's in a couple weeks.

Not yet, but I'll probably be a bit more scared when I go into my pinball room late at night and he's gone.

I'll ask...
What the heck are those supposed to be?
It's the Sullivan, WI Labor Day Junk Parade.
Its amazing. Basically people make floats out of junk and then they have a parade.
Tomorrow I'll post some my pics.

Bike club out of Madison that basically makes their own strange art creations and then they ride them. Some of them were 3 ten speed frames stacked on each other with a pile of gear wheels and chain to make the foot pedals to the top where the rider was.

Lawn Mower service. Basically this guy took about 14 old lawnmowers and linked them together as one big long train.
chris
Yeah, Chris pretty much explained it... don't over think it, it is literally amazing piles of junk that form a parade. Everyone should experience it at least once. It starts within 50 feet of my house and is just guilty pleasure fun.
