These cocktail pins were manufactured under the name of International Concepts.
Datecodes printed on the Integrated Circuits can indicate a possible production date assuming the boards are original. Shaq Attaq is from 1995.... Did Shaq Attaq borrow some ideas from this rejected(?) Cocktail Game?? Or was it the other way around?
Very interesting....can't wait about the story of this gem.....
