Got a JP with a display board that keeps resetting. It will continually flash the boot up display ROM info. It sounds very similar to what is described in this post:

I've measured my reset line at u9, and pin 2 is low. I am only using a DMM, so it's possible it's going high for a split second and I'm missing it. In any case, what are the CE and RO lines for, and is there anything I can do without a logic probe? Gotta get me one of them...
