Ha! Well, I like to use LEDs, but I basically just use Frosted Sunlights or Frosted Warm Whites. So it keeps the colors looking natural, but brightens things up. At a minimum, I like to do the GI and backbox, so that I don't have to worry as much about burnt up GI connectors when the game is left on.
I never understood putting colored LEDs underneath a colored insert lens. The lens is all ready colored, so a white light will still show the color just fine, and the decals on the inserts will be more visibile. Now if the insert is clear all ready, then adding some color could be interesting, maybe...

A question for whatever mod rides herd on this thread: I was just wondering, if Tony (@pismoarcade) hadn't reached out, how long might have this "unintentional" freeze lasted? Nobody responded to my email about it, and if I hadn't knowed somebody who knowed somebody, I'd probably still be frozen out, with no reason why and no way back.
Not trolling, just curious. This was kinda outta the blue.

I'm still looking for your questions for my Brotato Wadeo Tornado Krause, everybody's fave Gottlieb repro guy. We be talking soon.

We've been patiently waiting for Wade to get back around to them. Around 2-3 months ago Wade let us know they are up next. Awesome. So, when you asked for Wade questions, I thought that'd be a good one. But, no one is in a rush on this end.

I still remember spending $600 to repair my roached out Bally Batter Up that was worth $300. Had to deliver and pick up, too.
