I know it sounds crazy, but for the life of me I haven't been able to reinsert a Mousin Around translite because the lower edge won't clear the bottom channel that holds the translite in place. It was difficult to remove to begin with, and I assumed the backbox lock was somehow obstructing the translite. But the lock was functioning properly, and even after removing the lock I can't seem to get the translite back in. The black plastic trim around the translite looks normal. Any ideas as to what might be causing the problem? There are no obstructions in either the bottom channel or the groove in the wood at the top of the backbox. Has anybody ever had to rout out the wooden groove to provide more clearance? Crazy!
