agree with others who say don't think in context of "keepers"...I have owned several keepers and all are gone...you will get bored of ANY game no matter how expensive or exclusive or classic or highly regarded - especially in a small collection. If you are like me and not someone who can afford to have 100k + worth of machines at home and just keep ADDING more machines well then you need to get comfortable with obtaining a "grail" game and then saying goodbye to it to make room and cash for the next one. Would I love to have my Metallica Premium, AFM or others back in hand? HELL YES! but truthfully I grew bored of each after some period of time and had my eye on something else...
Don't stress too much. out of that list I would go with Metallica Premium...its an absolute blast to play and mod and can be obtained for about 6k. After that I would go with Star Wars or Dialed in.
