I would begin with a physical examination.
Your switches are all loosely related in the switch matrix -
32, 34, 36, - are all on the same Column - trace and examine wire J206-3 (Green with a red trace)
12, 42 - are on the same Row - trace and examine wire J205-2 (Orange with a red trace)
Make sure all solder connections are good (no cold joints/ broken wires). Make sure all disconnects are secure and properly seated/ making connection.
