Jay good luck with your restore. I just started my Demo man this week. This is my third full tear down but have never taken the pop bumbers off a game. Is there an easy trick?

I lay everything out on a couple of tables and place sections in bags together. I got a little bolder this time and put all posts and little metal parts in a tumbler. I took lots of pictures and notes so hopefully it won't be too hard to remember what post goes where.

I did a simple green and magic eraser cleaning with a few coats of novus 2 on the pf so far, lots more work to do!

I take off everything from the bottom that interacts with the ball on the top too. Just de-solder coil wires if there is no molex connector and take a picture of the order of the wires connected. I make every connector with tape so I know how to re-connect. It's not to hard and I'm a finance guy

Also, with everything off from below be sure to clean all the inserts. Makes them a lot brighter

Nice work on the magnets! I'll have to try that method on my WCS
