I agree, a decent TZ (no significant damage or wear) will take $4000 - $4500 all day long. When you start to go higher than that, it better be super, super nice. I think with as many of these as there are out there, some people (I for one) are willing to settle for a "pretty good one" for $4200. I find no need or have the desire to dump an extra grand or two for one that's nicer or minty.
And for me, I don't care about add-ons, so I really don't care to pay an extra $1K for playfield toys and things. I just want a machine that plays 100% and has no major issues.
