You're going to need to review your work.
Connectors solidly connected.
Right connectors connected (there are two similar ones under the mini-PF)
No wires pinched.

when I disconnected the plug and did not unplug two similar ones , which one are similar that can cause confusion ?
There are 2 identical plugs that go to the upper playfield hope you didn't switch them up and turn the power on or you will have lots of issues.

One connector has thick wires and one doesn't. Always check the wire colors both sides.
On the TZ mini playfield if you mix them up, you send high current to the optos up there and blow them out.

yes I did check the wire colors and did reconnect properly ' so that all wires on either side of connector match
Note that on GLM Opto boards the opto transmitter and receiver pair need to be correctly matched. In a normal Williams opto board the transmitters are all just 12V and ground and it doesn't matter which receiver each one is paired with. On the GLM boards in order for the diagnostics to work right (and the board itself to work right) each pair needs to be mated with the correct one. I don't know if this applies to the TZ board but I do know for certain that some (all?) BSD castle optos don't have the transmitter and receivers correctly paired with from the factory.
problem solved it was the opto receivers replaced both , found a wire shorting on the cliffy edge protector .

Let’s say someone did mix up the connectors... does it just blow out the switch 75&76 Optos? Or is there more damage?

Blows the optos quite nicely. Nothing else.

Thank you Lloyd!
Would you know which fuse is connected to the MPF magnets? Those aren’t responding either. As well as 1/2 of the playfield switches. (Which are the GPE mini PF mod type)

Not off hand.
The manual would have them. Listed right before the parts section, after the menu explanations. Fuse, locations, and what they are for.
