Switch Good! Solenoid good! Sometimes the lock won't release though. In game play, when the problem occurs, I can stop the game and check the switches and that switch (lower lock) shows closed. I can go to the solenoid test and then it pops easily. Mechanically the bracket, solenoid, and switch are in good tight condition.

I don't know where to start, but the good news is that it is repeatable without too much trying.

So you've seen that even though the machine knows the switch is closing that sometimes it doesn't really know its closed?? These aren't like EOS switches which need "enough" contact to fire something, its just a binary signal, right?

Not above trying the solution, I just like to think about the hypothesis.
