My TZ loads 4 balls into gumball. The game has been restored by TNT. Could this be the Geneva switch on the gumball or a trough issue? Any suggestions would be appreciated

It’s a setting. You can change it to 2/3/4 or disable.

Thanks for response. It was set at 3 from being restored. Should I try to rest it again?

**Assuming you only put 6 balls into the game**, it's a bad trough switch. Check Trough #4.
If you put 7 balls into the game, then the game is doing what it is supposed to, *regardless of the adjustment option specifying # of balls in the gumball*. You can take a ball out, or change the Adjustment to say 4, and have fun.

    There’s 6 in game. 5 steel in ceramic. I’ll check trough 4

If you put it into gumball test mode, you will be able to see all of the (in this case) important switches.
