Gumball machine is working fine but getting the error. This is an opto switch error correct? Anyone dealt with this?

May be broken, need adjusting, wiring issue. Or gumball motor isn't working and it hasn't turned lately. Or balls aren't getting to the gumball machine so it dispenses them.

Thanks. I did the continuous test this morning and it loaded and dispensed fine but still displayed error.
