My lower right flipper does not stay energized when held. It sometimes stays up but most of the times it just flips and than goes back down with the button held. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Test the hold transistor? If it tests good, then test the flipper opto boards in the cabinet. May just need cleaning/adjusting?
Because it's intermittent, the most likely explanation seems to be that one of the three wires going to the coil has come mostly detached and is not consistently getting a good connection. Lift the playfield and give each of the wires a tug and inspection.
