Just did a pf swap and have flashers for gumbal plastics upper, mid, and lower, as well as upper right ramp stuck on all the time. These all go the 8 driver pcb tried swapping that out and still the same problem any ideas ?

I would check the driver (transistor) that goes to those flashers. I've had that happen before and that was the issue in my case.
Also, make sure that if those are incandescent, that you do not leave them on. They get hot and can melt things.
Is the ribbon cable backwards on either end, or off by a row or pin? Pull it off and check
Red stripe goes towards the 1 on the board - on both ends!
Yes. Do not leave the game on. You have a direct short in the circuit. It could be in the wiring or I'm the board. The longer you leave them in the more likely there will be board damage of there isn't already. Start by checking for stuck bulb socket shorts like the prong touching the base. Then check the transistors on the board with your dmm.

yep 8 driver pcb to cpu was off the wrong way thanks !!! now one more issue I have is some of the optos are not working and some are clock optos, mini pf optos (new and did not hook the wires up underneath incorrecty) and right lane opto, which did show a short in it so I unplugged it to diag the others.
