Upper right flipper, mini playfield, and powerball payoff flashers aren't working. Fuses are fine, changed bulbs. Getting 20v after bridge rectifier. Start looking at transistors?

Ground the metal tab on top of the transistor - if the flasher flashes from the transistor ( not including the transistor ) to the bulb is good. Then suspect transistor and things back upstream from it.
If you ground the transistor tab and it doesn't flash, then from the transistor legs to the bulb you have a break.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough.
If you ground the tab on the transistor and the flasher doesn't flash on, then you have a break in your electrical circuit from the transistor legs to the bulb.
The transistor is good, but from it to the bulb you have a bad or cracked trace, loose wire in a connector, broken wire, bad socket not gripping the wires on the bulb, or bad bulb.
