Well, the cause would be because the motor isn't spinning.
And you now get to figure out why it's not spinning!
Check the motor's plug under the playfield? Is it plugged in to the motor control board? If so, is the other plug on the motor control board plugged in? If so, do any of your flashers work, or are they all out? If they don't work, then you've lost your flasher power fuse. If they work, then you'll need to verify that the motor control board is getting 20v (fed to it from the Flasher's power). If it's getting 20v, you'll need to see if the driver inputs (one for CW, one for CCW) are being pulled to ground when they should. If they ARE, then the control board is likely bad. If they are NOT, then the issues is with wiring between the plug on the motor control board and your power driver board.
