I sent a PM looking for the file (since it's undownloadable). Until I hear back, I scanned mine and am currently working on vectorizing it. It'll be a little bit (since I'm not a graphic designer by trade).. but once I finish I'll post it.

No problem! I've actually made some good progress tonight.
Two questions -
Anyone have the item # printed on the lower left of the label? This part of mine was mangled, and I can't make out the digits!
Second, if anyone knows what font that is, lemme know. I can find a close match, but would like an exact one if possible!
It's interesting tracing this - it was apparently done by hand, as some similar shapes (like the screw tabs for the wireforms) are actually different..
Quoted from Blackjacker:From zooming in on the pics in this thread, it appears to be 16-9512
For the font, try https://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ and http://www.identifont.com/
Thanks, I'll trust your eyes.. the images attached here are *just* small enough to be fuzzy for me. I have old eyes.
Hah! Thanks! I *just* finished with rasterizing the little diagram!
Edit: Here's a vectorized image of the mini playfield (captured as a PNG for the forum..) I found the font used, however it's a pay font and haven't purchased it yet...

Hey guys -
Okay, it took a lot less time than I thought it would. A PDF is attached. It's vector, so in theory you can blow it up to a huge size and not lose quality. Fonts are outlines (so you don't need to have the font installed.) Cut marks are included for those that want to know where to.. uh.. cut it.
Removing Mini-Playfield (outlines).pdf
Edit: Pinside created a blacked-out preview. It's actually white on the PDF. Honest.
