Has anyone ever had this problem? I can manually move the Diverter fine, checked all screws on ramp and they are tight. The underside is also screwed tight to the playfield. The Green coil AE-26-1200 is correct as well. Basically, whenever the coil activates, its shakes the whole ramp, causing a fast ball to fall off the ramp.

Any ideas? I am guessing I can just replace the coil at this point but i didnt know if anyone else had this problem or if all TZs shake the ramp when the coil activates.

I have a magnet on the diverter, but it does not ever come in play. The ball will fly off before it even reaches the diverter. Whenever it fires, it shakes the ramp and the ball kinda goes flying whenever it turns the corner of the right ramp to travel to the mini playfield.

Sorry for the confusion, the ball will make it to the diverter and dump it like normal if the mini playfield game is not lit, but whenever the power is lit, that's when it shakes it off the ramp.

I am going to remove the ramp again and re install it just in case I didn't line it up correctly
