On TZ the GI circuits are slightly overloaded. At least they are when they get older and the bulbs heat up more. I had the same issue. I believe you also will lose a few of the bulbs in the backglass as well as they are on the same circuit. I went crazy over this for weeks until someone tipped me off.
Here are a few options.
1. Remove a few bulbs from the backbox. This will reduce the load on the circuit and keep the fuse from blowing. It also helps with glare on the playfield glass. I do this in all my games to reduce the brightness.
2. Change all the bulbs to new ones. This will also reduce the load on the circuit.
3. Change to led bulbs.
