TZ Back box flashers not working

Bad bulbs, bad socket, lost power from board to sockets ( broken wire ).

Do the other flashers work ? If so you haven't lost power so I'd check from the board out to the sockets and bulbs.

All the other lights in the back box work, but all the flashers stopped working

Are all the bulbs burnt out?

Follow the wiring back from the insert, is one unplugged? There's one with a single red wire that runs toward the top middle of the driver board. Unplugging this wire *will* disable the flashers.
