I live in an area that is almost totally devoid of anywhere that has a pinball machine, and I wanted to ask... what do people normally charge per-credit to play a pinball? I'm guessing that a Williams system 11 or equivalent is the oldest you'll see in commercial use?

What about new machines like Wizard of Oz or another current title... are these normally $1 per-credit or more?
