TX TX TX

Video of a few games of TX Sector, couldn't seal the deal on multiball though. Will upload mulitball video one of these days.

Quoted from Reality_Studio:

So how good is this game really? I've seen videos of it and the sound is bad ass, but does the game play hold up well longer term?

I think it has good replay value. I never play just one or two games on it, usually a string of 10 or more games at a time. Surprisingly there is a lot to shoot at on TX, you have two banks of drops that raise your multiplier and will light your special, you have two spinners that you can light for 10k per spin with the inlane switches, you have the spot targets on both the right and left "scoops" that increase your mega energy value toward multiball, the standing drop target that blocks the left ramp then there is a hurry up shot on the ramp as the multiplier counts down.

Stringing together a few teleport shots is always fun.

Here is another youtube video that explains the rules and scoring.

Shot another video with the DSLR with the glass on this time so there is a bit of a glare but I did have a better game, managed a 5 second multiball and did collect the special once.

Sound is much better also.

Quoted from Whysnow:

now he just needs a robowar and excalibur to be in the cool kids 80b club

Genesis and TX are good enough for me right now. :O)

Thinking about rotating TX sector out of the collection, I will probably be making a trip to Cincinnati sometime in the next few weeks and could deliver it along the way. I am located near STL.

Here are some pictures and a video of it.

I also have a NOS translite rolled up in a tube for it.
