Like the title says, how about two more songs on IMDN. Metallica had a sponsored poll to add two more songs. How about one for Iron Maiden. Don't need to add any modes for them. Just some graphics for the song title. Anybody else with me? Just for fun but it would be nice for Stern to....UP THE IRONS!!!

My picks

1. The Evil That Men Do
2. Stranger In a Strange Land

Some pics from my Beast in the Asylum....

We can dream I guess. But probably not.
Funny, I'm listening to my favorite version of TETMD on Maiden England 88. Steve Harris is a goddamn locomotive on that one. Such a killer album.

Hmm, tough one, too many to choose from... I'll go with:

Where Eagles Dare
The Clairvoyant

Wouldn't mind a newer song or two either, Pascendale and Blood Brothers would kick major ass too, IMO...

Yes! Bruce's voiceover while the guitar is flowing into the song is sooo sweet!

How about something modern? Fear of the Dark came out 26 years ago!!!

My picks:

The Wicker Man
Speed of Light

Well, I always thought it was BS that Evil that Men Do was not included.
And I have seen them 5 times and 3 of the times they didn't play Evil That Men Do. Pisses me off when they don't play it.
Hey Maiden. Blood Brothers sucks. I've heard that 2-3 times live now. Yes, its a better song live than studio, but play something that rocks out.
And speed of light... YUCK! It's an alright song, but its not epic man... I don't hate new Maiden as I think Dance of Death is a top 5 maiden album. But, the new stuff just is a bit more relaxed and not as epic as the old stuff. True they still reach epic proportions. Just on the whole more subdued. Which is fine. As I loved Empire of the Clouds. That song is so operatic. Just a great musical journey.

I really think a case could be made for Stranger in a Strange Land. Another epic song. I do get why Evil and Stranger were left out, probably a bit hard for the modes.
My 2nd favorite Maiden song outside of Evil, is Revelations. Such an epic song.
Moonchild would be cool as well.

I'm requesting old school. Murders in the Rue Morgue, Sanctuary. Wizard mode? Why Iron Maiden of course.

A bit surprised they didn't include a running free... I think they wanted only Bruce songs though. But, they did re-record that for the hidden ed hunter track with Bruce.
So they could have Bruce singing Running Free.
But, a new wizard mode with "Iron Maiden" playing would be cool. Would be crushing your victims in an iron maiden. Excellent! Bogus...

Sorry for the bill and ted reference at the end.

My Vote for the 2 songs that integrate with the pinball
Have been mentioned, Well done

Stranger in a strange land
The Clairvoyant

#13 5 years ago

At least 'somewhere in time' and The Clairvoyant

#14 5 years ago

I'd go with these two:

The Lonliness of the Long Distance Runner
Caught Somewhere in Time

I'd enjoy the upbeat tempo while playing pinball.

Something off of No Prayer For The Dying. I know it is considered their worst album, but man I have a soft spot for Mother Russia, Run Silent Run Deep, and The Fugitive.

Actually, I love the title song off that LP.

The Wicker mans & Die with your boots on

#18 5 years ago

Phantom of the opera
The clairvoyant

I always get Run Silent Run deep in my head. There are as many strong songs on that album as are on FOTD. And more than Virtual XI IMO!

#1 Children of the damned
#2 Hail to the king

It's not Metallica, it's Maiden. Why only 2 songs? Add 4!!! ;P
#1 Revelations
#2 The Clairvoyant
#3 Die with your boots on
#4 The Evil That Men Do
or 5?
#5 Stranger in a Strange Land
;P^^

El Dorado and The Wickerman

I’m a recent Maiden fan but the 2 I’d add that aren’t currently in the game are The Clairvoyant and The Evil that Men Do.

My top down picks-
caught somewhere in time
stranger in a strange land
killers
die with your boots on
invaders

I love Mother Russia - thought I might be the only one, LOL.

More songs are always better Lets do it stern! Dont know many maiden songs, but have found quite a few I enjoy since playing the game.

#27 5 years ago

1. The Evil That Men Do
2. Paschendale
3. Revelations

Well, yes, it’s laughable with how little storage music tracks take and how cheap memory is anymore and that they can’t have more than twelve songs. Can’t wait to see what Stern does with The Beatles’s two and half minute songs. If they think twelve is enough, they got another thing coming.

#29 5 years ago

IF they did add songs I would like to see
Revelations
The Clairvoyant

#30 5 years ago

How about an option to replace all the songs. That would be awesome. I know, don’t yell at me.

#31 5 years ago

Wicker man and wicker man just add wicker man and I’m satisfied

#32 5 years ago

I'm surprised to see Paschendale has been mentioned a couple times, proves there are true maiden fans here.
Most people I talk to don't even know the Dance of Death album existed!

However, I'm also surprised there has been no mention of any songs from Matter of Life and Death....such an epic album...so I'll add one.

The Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg

It's a shame a lot of people think Maidens best work stopped at Powerslave.
I've been a fan since the day in 1980 when 'Iron Maiden" was released, and have seen them live upwards of 20 times (lost count) and met them twice.

Here a pic of their autographs I got when Maiden opened for Judas Priest on the Killers tour.

Paul Di'anno
Adrian Smith
Dave Murray
Steve Harris
less Clive Burr, as this was when his MS was really getting to him.

along with Judas Priest:

Rob Halford
K.K. Downing
Glenn Tipton
Dave Holland

Those were the days!

Love me UFO!!!!! I've seen Michael Schenker 3 times so far. Amazing each freaking show. Michael Schenker-fest was perhaps the very best schenker tour ever.
I think it was like 3 hours of music. A 30 song set. And just amazing.

I don't think a UFO pin would be good or possible, as Schenker probably wouldn't want anything to do with it, and UFO without Schenker is meh...

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
The evil that men do
Children of the Damned

#35 5 years ago

Every song I know is already in the game. Maiden fans, help me out: which other songs are kind of melodic & catchy, like Wasted Years and Can I Play with Madness? Spoonful of sugar helps the metal go down.

I think you could pick any album and any song...I cannot think of one song or album in Maidens lineup that I've said "This sucks", and that includes the obscure 1995 "The X factor" and 1998's "Virtual XI" with Blaze Bayley as the lead singer.

Love the intro to killers. It would definately get you pumped up to play!
