Quoted from flynnibus:That answer is easy... events should not shown in real time or live. Most sports coverage is highly edited and produced for consumption in via television. Commercial slots, edited for run time, content to intermix to support the storylines, etc. pinball would be no different.
Yeah an extended highlights reel would be much appreciated for the majors but I know that is a tonne of editing work. Though if someone knowledgable went through the effort and annotated it to explain the context I think it would be very popular.
Would also be interesting to see an analysis video for specific games that showed how different players used different scoring strategies in an actual tournament setting and how it turned out (or maybe examples on the same game across different competition streams). I have never seen something like that and would be an awesome learning and resource.
Cool! I love me some DD pinball art.
I was just thinking of starting a thread the other day asking if anyone knows if he's working on a future game? Been too long...
Quoted from MrBally:Who or what is a "Dirty Donny"?
Amazing artist who launched the current renaissance in hand drawn pinball art with Metallica pinball.
Metallica insisted on Donny doing the art on their game (he had done a home brew Metallica pinball with them and some of their other stuff).
He’s also done Aerosmith and the Pabst game.
