True. This is a thread about nothing that pretends to be a thread about something.

This is the true thread completely about nothing.

Quoted from cooked71:

I can’t believe we’re in a Deeproot thread and people are criticizing Spooky.

Haven't you been around long enough for that to be believable?

But yes, way off topic because... the topic is pretty dormant.

Quoted from Zablon:

" If you do not take offer, your game may not be built."

And if you take this offer, your game still may not be built...

Quoted from TheFamilyArcade:

I’m heading to Allentown today to see and play real pinball machines. It’s kinda a thing.

Be careful, that jump from fantasy land to reality can be quite daunting.

Quoted from frolic:

How long can this possibly go on for?

I think this is the most fascinating part of this whole saga. They have greatly exceeded expecations on how long they can draw out the process of delivering nothing. I really do hope that they pull off a miracle by some unforseen path forward. Not necessarily for them, but for those that really want these machines. Competition is good for all of us and the industry. However, I don't see how anyone can objectively look at this and see it trending in a positive direction. Hope is not a strategy and that seems to be all that is left.

Do not google "assistant health secretary" after looking at this photo.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself. Brother and sister separated at birth?

EDIT: blueberry had me by seconds.

Quoted from greatwichjohn:

Yes JPOP can still be managed, & will likely move on to more pinball work.

Holy hell. I thought I was the insane one here. I am going to have to rethink my handle as I am no longer deserving. Constantly repeating this will never make it true.

This guy has finally met his match. Greatwichjohn!

As others mentioned, you seem like a nice guy but repeating the same things and expecting different results is pure insanity. Ask me, I should know.

Quoted from jeffspinballpalace:

Meaning in 2019 TNA sold 650 units and it is the most successful non-licensed pin since 2000.

Curious on your definition of most successful. DialedIn was non-licensed and sold 1600ish. Not sure how many Black Knights have been sold.

Quoted from Ferret:

I made the mistake of reading this. Just made me very angry.

I feel equally as angry. I can almost hear his condescending and self-indulgent voice reciting all of those statements. Makes my skin crawl.

Quoted from littlecammi:

Am I the only one who sees the irony in these sentences?

Nope, not the only one.

If you really are trying to start a new business, it would probably be good to stop reminding us all how your first business failed and forced you into bankruptcy. It is not the promotion material that you are looking for.

You seem like a nice enough guy, but you are destroying your credibility which in turn will make any new business venture challenging.
