Quoted from TheCoinSlotTC:

... He said between 82-88, and a juggernaut...[quoted image]

Based on your list of movies from 1982-1988, I would say it is Top Gun (1986). Plus a new Top Gun movie is coming out soon. And your other clue is a juddernaut. The Juggernaut meaning/definition is: A huge, powerful, and overwhelming force or institution. ie, US Air Force. I would definitely consider the US military a 'juggernaut'. Based on this is has to be a Top Gun pinball machine.

Quoted from mbeardsley:

I'm a bit confused...
"Eight titles were shown to the media" but they have no manufacturing yet. So were there eight different playable prototypes, or was there RAZA (still in an unfinished form) and a bunch of pictures of other titles "coming soon"?
And why would you be building prototypes 7 and 8 when you still can't manufacture game 1?

This sounds like a repeat of Zidware. JPOP kept on showing different boxes of lights (game ideas with good artwork). So today I am expecting to see a RAZA proto that is not 100% done and around 7 'boxes of lights'.

Quoted from Charliew65:

Well if that was day 1 of deeproot, I can’t wait to see what day 2 brings us!!

Day 1 = today (9/21), beta flop.
Day 2 = Chapter 11.
Day 3 = Chapter 13.
Day 4 = Chapter 7.

Maybe the goal is to protect JPOP and ride out the statute of limitations of additional lawsuits?

I'm tagging out of this thread. I wasted too much time already.

Quoted from m00nmuppet:

This botched release really makes me appreciate American Pinball ...

Agreed. American Pinball took JPOP's original Houdini, totally redid it and a year later they had a playable game. The build quality of AP is excellent. Great customer service and they keep the price relatively low for a full featured game.

Quoted from benheck:

..... One day I designed a mini pop bumper I think? There was also a foamcore for a rotating multi-stage lower PF for BHZA.

Quoted from benheck:

.... For me I'm not mad about not having a BHZA game, I'm not that kind of egotist. I'm upset that my name was even involved, there was nothing I could do to improve the situation (John is unmanageable period) and it's STILL a scam a decade later.
