Some small good news: I don't see Farewell Dinosaur Entertainment, LLC or Robot Dreams Entertainment, LLC named in the complaint. Safe to assume those projects remain full-speed ahead.

Sec used the term Ponzie.
RM now is in the world of Madoff.
Uuhhhg.
Raza is truly cursed.
Could be worse.....
Imagine the games were built, shipped, then the prosecutors tried to claw them back as assets.
To be sold to repay the original Deeproot investors.
Good for Nordman for getting the hell out when he did.
Good Grief!
What a mess!
Wow and I thought $44M was bad. It now appears $60M is gone, once you count in $2M of PPP loans. Universal Truth - Rich people don’t like it when a fund manager loses their money.
There's some serious petard hoisting on page 11. Robert's insistence that he and only he is in charge of and responsible for everything might not be such a good thing, after all.

^^ Post of the century !! Damn, you found the smoking gun on the day filed by the SEC too. You Sir, are the Master.
40. This was not the only time Mueller cited to Policy Services in the 2019 versions of the PPMs for both Funds in an effort to convince investors that their assets would be safe in his care. In describing some of the risk factors associated with investing in life insurance policies, Mueller claimed that his use of Policy Services mitigated some of this risk: “[B]y using our ultimate parent company, [Policy Services], as our sole affiliated policy administration provider between us and the insurance carrier, we are unable to ‘raid the piggy bank’.” (emphasis added). Thus, Mueller falsely informed investors and prospective investors that deeproot and Policy Services were structured to minimize the opportunity for very kind of fraud that was actually then occurring.
Do you think the handful of people in the RAZA preorder thread will still be in denial and think they are going to get games ? Or does this convince them it isn't happening. This really isn't a big surprise.
Yeah - RM " we have some legal stuff to clear up" or whatever he said on the last update.
Quoted from NoQuarters:Do you think the handful of people in the RAZA preorder thread will still be in denial and think they are going to get games ? Or does this convince them it isn't happening.
Has anyone gone in that thread and let them know about this minor development yet!?
Lots of people always called Robert such a smart guy because me made all this money in his lawyering and investment businesses (it was just pinball where he struggled). Never seemed like a particularly smart guy in any respect to me!
Quoted from Dkjimbo:Has anyone gone in that thread and let them know about this minor development yet!?
Yup it's there. Hard reality comes today. It's too bad though people were taken again. The pinball buyers portion though is small potatoes in RM's schemes.
Let’s all be bigger people.
Let’s all send Bobby pinball soap on a rope at his new home.
Cell block c.
Quoted from blueberryjohnson:Dad and stepmom named as defendants, too - oof
That guy was so damn smug in every interview he did, while he knew all along he was just a thief. I hope he gets Bernie Madoff time.
Quoted from Scandell:Is my Raza tshirt worth anything?
About as much as my Cosmic Carnival shirt.
Nada.
The sad part here is that there are a bunch of retired folks that have had their money taken from them. They are probably really screwed.
The folks here that are out some money will probably not be financially ruined.
Quoted from Scandell:Is my Raza tshirt worth anything?
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:Wow. This is way more nefarious than I expected. What a crook.
Not surprised at all.
Quoted from Rdoyle1978:The owner is alleged to be an insurance scammer, isn’t he ? This is just a place for him to park losses for tax avoidance. No machine will ever come out of that office
I swore I’d never do this but I guess I failed. 3 years ago
Deeproot making the news
https://www.thinkadvisor.com/2021/08/20/sec-charges-san-antonio-advisor-in-58m-investment-scam/
Quoted from thechakapakuni:RIP Deeproot. Time of death 8/21/21 6:18AM Texas Tea Time
Why didn't anyone say anything , even someone like Ben Heck who had inside info , he could have warned everyone
defrauded two investment funds they advise and nearly 300 people who invested roughly $58 million in the funds
Yet people will still think Robert is good and they will get games. I will never support any company that hires Jpop or any company Robert is involved with.
Quoted from blueberryjohnson:Does the complaint have an update on UL certification?
That's a good one.
