Well at this point Im doing a show at the Westin on the same dates as announced on the website Oct 17 to 21 2018, bussiness as usual. The show will have the same format as in the past. I dont think its fair to all of our loyal patrons to change the date, and Venue at this time. Myself and Rob are in talks to what happens with the Pinball Expo Brand. Its my personal hope that some agreement can come.

Pinball Expo has been a part of my life for 33 years, i consider this show a Family Member, and enjoy seeing everyone.

At this point Trent will be at show at Westin running tournament in october MUCH more to come I never wanted it to come down this way was not my choice on how to split up if we had to..

I do not have control of pinball expo website Berk does I generally ask his people to make the changes but because of the stalemate nothing has been done something will be posted and a website for new show at Westin real soon stay tuned but i twill be same date shown and same location for sure unreal to change dates this late in the game not good move at all done change your plans yet major news coming ..

Well in the agreement for BERK to buy me out it was understood in writing that I was able to have my own show.. Otherwise I would not have gave in as I did so easily .. I did not finalize the deal until AFTER Berk announced his show and location and dates... I had reason to believe by this that I had dates at Westin . I have quotes telling me I can do a show at the Westin and he made several conflicting posts and news releases about his new show and location.. Something is not exactly fair here... mike

once again not my idea I tired hard to work things out with Berk was dead set on doing it alone with all control

yes Gene had a bogus lawsuit against me and my son which was dropped after a lawyer got involved and WILLIAMS told him so as It was bogus.. Cost me like 5600 for complete bullshit.. So yes Gene was told to stay away back then...

AGAIN I tried since november to talk to BERK to work things out at least for this year but he refused. I did not want to have it go down like this at all..

Yes pinball expo idea was BERKS .However not sure of meaning of later? a week a month two months? I was involved from EXPO 1. My connections being in the industry brought ALOT to the table for years.All the free games we gave away and getting the manufactures support.. AS WELL before I agreed to the split I was given the right to do a show and had the contract at the Westin. I did NOT consumate the deal until after BERK announced his show In sept and the location..I would have actually bought him out had I know he was going to take contract at WESTIN . he steadfastly said he was not doing a show at westin and I could myself..

loos like a restraining order may be filed this week . again only reason I took offer instead of buying Rob out was because I had right to do show AND he wanted no part of contract at Westin. I was going to partner with MGC and it would have been great.. ROB knew that and then chose to kill that by going to WEstin I have asked Rob since november to st down and work out a amicable split .. he refuses. I am still open to this
