Score cards will be in one of the three files named 'score cards' here: http://www.pinballrebel.com/pinball/cards/
They are in the top section before the game specific files.

Sorry, but I do not have any Twin Win instruction cards.
Now I have the card image shown in the link above. (thanks chas10e )
Some scans would be better to get the card exactly the correct format.
For the score cards it seems you can use the file for the score cards of the 70's.
Please be aware that these card have 4 score levels insted of 3 levels.
