Hello.

I am sure someone can assist me and it would be greatly appreciated.

When I boot up the TZ, the display is scratchy and fuzzy across the top. Then it comes out of it. During gameplay it now resets every once in a while. Any advice? I already pressed on the connectors and "no dice". Thanks for any assistance.

Scratchy and fuzzy? A pic might help.

As for resets, TZ is prone to those. No single fix. Suggest looking at the reset section on pinwiki. It has a nice sequence you can follow.

I've got a bunch of stuff regarding my TZ at www.aaarpinball.com that may help you with future problems.

Strange...
We need to test DMD Controller power.
Get your DMM ready, and test it when just powered up.

Btw, do you have any other dmd pins? Just wondering in case, after doing Chris's suggestion, the voltage is fine... You might try swapping the dmd.

For the resets get one of those board attachments that Rob Kahr does here locally...

Awesome guys. Been slammed at work so pinball gets put on "back burner".

I do have a creature from black lagoon I can swap in there. I am going to print how to do the test and try it tomorrow. Took a vacation day to mess with pinball and mow lawn.
