Hello all -

I am having an issue with the right ramp diverter. It would work perfectly 2-3 times but then wouldn't move the diverter at all. I read on another post that replacing the spring might solve the issue, so I put in a same-diameter but shorter spring (pictured). Instead of not moving at all, the diverter now barely jerks up and down, as seen in the linked video.

Would this be an issue with the voltage, mechanism, or should I replace the solenoid itself? To me, it appears that I need more "juice" (power) to the solenoid, or that the solenoid burns out quickly and becomes weak. It's an original solenoid.

Thank you for your reply! The mechanism appears to move smoothly when I manually operate it, but I will pay attention to any snags or binds. My next step is to re-solder the connections and pray that works
