I ordered one after I took that picture. Makes a big difference.

After installing it, I noticed how boring the backboard looks so I ordered a spiral decal. Any tips on installing a backboard decal on a twilight zone? One tip I was told was to apply water/soap solution and slide it in. Is that the easiest way?

Can you remove the backboard from the playfield or is that too hard?

Love that spiral decal. Ok removing the backboard it is. That should help me get to the pesky 555 bulb near the gumball machine I couldn't get to when I was LEDing all my bulbs.

Just changed out the switches on my mini-playfield. Makes a huge difference and wasn't hard to do. I highly recommend doing this if you haven't already.

The switches came with instructions that was very easy to follow. Not many tips I can give other than to follow the instructions.

No cliffy but it is compatable with cliffy's mini playfield piece.

Does anyone have some recommendations for cleaning up my shooter lane? The rest of the playfield looks great but this has become an eyesore. Is it a simple fix with some sandpaper and some clear coat? If so what kind of sandpaper and clear coat would you recommend.

Any help is appreciated.

I've tried novus 2 and a tooth brush on there. Still can't seem to get the dirt out. I understand there is the color of the grain but the texture of the playfield around the groove is smooth from the clear coat and when I get to the darker color it is rough. That's why I was thinking of sanding a little bit then applying way or paint on some clear.

Just purchased the sandpaper and clear coat pen. Will put up before and after pictures after I am done.

Here is an update on my shooter lane clean up. Here are the before and after shots. Clear coat is still curing but I think it looks a lot better. Let me know your thoughts.
