Hello TZ Owners,

I have a TZ project I am working on which is made up of a bunch of parts but is also very incomplete. I am trying to collect enough parts to really take it on as a restoration project. That said, I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has any spare parts that you may want to get rid of or if you know of a source for the following.

Specifically I am hunting down the following at this time:
1) Twilight Zone Apron
2) Mini-inside wire chute assembly (by gumball) - A-16058
3) Right wire chute assembly (By shooter lane) - A-16056
4) Center Deflector (piano) - 01-11063
5) Small subway chute from skill shot to main subway - 03-8826
6) The mini playfield front support bar assembly
7) Some of the ball guides (the really long one that wraps around the playfield A-16796 is missing, many others are very rusty)
8 ) Any of the lamp boards (I may end up just using lamp sockets)

I have been looking for a parts machine or partial playfield, but I just have not had any luck so far. So I am searching web sites and owners to see what I can uncover. Thanks for reading and I hope to see you in the zone soon!

Thank you Parker_TZ! I ordered the shooter gate.

- The switch plate is actually out of stock but I think I can find the parts I need at Marco.
- I saw that apron a bit ago but I am holding hope for an original. I just like the original with scorecards better. But maybe I won't have a choice!
- I will look at the lamp boards and see if I can find some that look right.

Thanks again!

Hello TZ owners,

I have a TZ project that I am hoping to bring back from the dead but I am having trouble locating a few parts. Does anyone know where I could pick up any of the following parts:
1) A Twilight Zone Apron (hoping to go with original if possible)
2) Metal apron guard bar (if not sold an Apron)
3) Right Chute wire chute/ramp assembly (By shooter lane) - A-16056
4) Mini-inside wire chute/ramp assembly (by gumball) - A-16058
5) Small subway chute from skill shot to main subway - 03-8826
6) 6 lamp board - A-16328 (I will use single lamps if needed, but would like it as "stock" as possible)

Please shoot me a PM if you have a lead. I hope to join the TZ club soon-ish

Thank you and stay safe!

Quoted from lpeters82:

Sharing some free play cards I made up today. I wanted something fairly simple that would blend into the apron artwork. You will have to toss them into a word document and size them accordingly.

Per the mentions above there are a few spelling errors but I really like the design. I like the integration into the apron design. If you don't mind reposting them with the updates I would be interested in them.

Thanks!

Those look great, nice integrates into the apron design. Thanks for sharing with the club.

Hey TZ community - I am preparing to start (another) scratch build and I am looking to pick up a few remaining parts that I need before I get started. Can anyone help me identify the post that is used for supporting the right side of the mini playfield? Is it one part, a combination of parts?? Is there a particular spring size here? Thank you very much!

The image I posted was just a reference image I found online so the community would know what I am talking about. I do not have anything for that spot at the moment and looking to understand what *should* be there.

Thank you very much for the information!

Hello TZ club members! I am currently working on a scratch build (literally started as just a blank playfield) and I am in need of a lamp board for my backbox. Does anyone know if someone has reproduced these or does anyone have the dimensions of board, maybe with the lamp sockets laid out?

I am sure this has come up before but I have been trying various searches on the forum and web but I cannot find a PDF, cad, etc.

I appreciate any help you can offer!

Quoted from jawjaw:

Have you reached out to other scratch builders? I would think that would be a good place to start on tips and resources.

Thank you Jawjaw, I am trying to get my request out through multiple channels.
