I think I'll be picking up a TZ this Sunday - unearthing it from a basement where it has been sitting, unused and not maintained for quite some time. Pretty excited and will post pictures if the deal happens!

Picked up a nice TZ that has been in a basement since "early 90's" from the owner and I believe it! I have missed TZ ever since I sold my old one. Pictures are before cleaning it up!

How easy it is to get to the lock hole? Any order of things I should remove and subsequent instructions? My lock bricks out shots 9/10 times and I read that prying the lock hole slot open helps tremendously with this
Is there really no Twilight Zone TV Series tie-in with the gumball machine? I noticed that in the TZ slot machine, they also use the Gumball Machine as a prominent icon. I understand Bally/Williams is the same company who made both the slot machine & pinball machine, but the slot machine came much later, and I doubt they would steal ideas from a pinball machine from the mid 90's...
Quoted from MiamiRedSkin:Does anyone know of a source for just the front cabinet decal?
Bumping this up
I’m going to start a twilight zone restoration. If anyone has any extra mods, parts, etc., that they would be interested in selling, shoot me a PM. Still trying to source a front cabinet decal.
I'm about to embark on a TZ restoration. If any of you have any extra parts that you might be interested in moving on, including mods, please send me a PM! Looking for a new plastic set, new plastic ramp, side blades, backboard decal, etc. I know most of this is generally available, but wanted to check here first.
