Hey all, just joined the club. After an eight hour trip, I unpacked, set her up and all seemed well. But during my first game, the ball came under the Power Playfield and knocked down a black spacer. Then upon further investigation, I found a steel ramp/diverter and screw at the bottom of the cabinet.

Anyone have any idea where these are supposed to go? Based upon the screw type, I'm thinking it screws directly into the PF. But where, I have no idea Thx

I agree with Coyote, get the Ingo's clock board. But also be aware, it can be a seating problem too. I recently just purchased the new prototype clock face from Classic Arcades and after installation - I got the clock not working error. From a different thread - it said that you have to tighten it down as much as possible to avoid the issue. Once I did that, the error cleared. But at some point I will also need a new housing as most of the rear screws have stripped the sockets in the housing.
