Hi, new owner here. I was wondering if anyone had a good way to get a hold of Ingo? I ordered an LED clock from him about a month ago, and after ordering was informed it would be 2 or 3 weeks before it would ship. No problem, but now it's been 4 weeks, and I still don't have a replacement clock board or any notification of shipping. I the emailed the website address, and I also PM'ed Ingo on Pinside, about 3 days ago, and so far no contact.
I'm just hoping for a shipping update. After I put my TZ on location, the clock started acting up. Even though there are drilled holes in the clock housing, I think it still probably gets too hot inside. The clock works properly most of the time, but once in a while an opto won't register, and then I get a clock error and credit dot.
Not a huge deal, but would be nice to get the LED clock I ordered.
