Hi, new owner here. I was wondering if anyone had a good way to get a hold of Ingo? I ordered an LED clock from him about a month ago, and after ordering was informed it would be 2 or 3 weeks before it would ship. No problem, but now it's been 4 weeks, and I still don't have a replacement clock board or any notification of shipping. I the emailed the website address, and I also PM'ed Ingo on Pinside, about 3 days ago, and so far no contact.

I'm just hoping for a shipping update. After I put my TZ on location, the clock started acting up. Even though there are drilled holes in the clock housing, I think it still probably gets too hot inside. The clock works properly most of the time, but once in a while an opto won't register, and then I get a clock error and credit dot.

Not a huge deal, but would be nice to get the LED clock I ordered.

So I guess I'm not the only one then! I wonder if I should just cancel my order? I want the board, but at this point I'm not sure if I'll actually receive it.

Are there any other good replacements out there?

Well, I guess I'll wait a bit longer for Ingo's board then. It really does sound like it's the best replacement option. If Ingo and crew really are working on them currently, then theoretically it shouldn't be too long before clocks start shipping again. Worst case, I have until April to request a refund through PayPal.

A quick update, that would take all of 2 minutes of their time, would be nice, and it would also be nice it they'd stop taking new orders of clock boards until they catch up. But I suppose beggars can't be choosers when it comes to getting replacement parts for these old games, and we just have to appreciate that new boards are being made at all.
