Looking for a trough proximity switch that is reliable (not the Pin Point POS).

What is the best method for adjusting the slot machine scoop so it hits the right flipper where it should? I had it dialed in and then the weld broke on my scoop so I bought a Mantis. The ball comes out much faster and it makes a bounce against the left slingshot post that has created a new challenge. Here is a video of the latest state.

Quoted from Neal_W:

The angle of the flippers would also affect it.

Thank you Rdoyle1978 and Neal_W for the tips on adjust the slot machine scoop and the flippers a few weeks ago. Both needed adjustment to get the ball to bounce properly. The angle of the flippers totally changed it. It is dialed in now.

Does anyone have a list or spreadsheet of their LED configurations they can share. It seems like a rabbit hole to get lost in with so many options. I don't want to just buy a kit though. The last owner replaced some in the backglass already but everything on and under the playfield is incandescent.

I moved and the only good space for my TZ is by the window. Does anyone know of a cover I could get?

I replaced the slot machine scoop with a Mantis build. https://mantispinball.com/product/twilight-zone-slot-machine-scoop/

It is really nice and solid build! It has improved the consistency of the angle the ball hits the right flipper. The issue I am having now is the screws for the slot kicker mounting plate keep on getting loose and the kicker gets misaligned. I wish the kicker was mounted with 3 or 4 screws rather than 2. What have you used for preventing the screws from coming out of the wood. The drilled holes have become enlarged - wood epoxy and re-drill? Are there any mods for the kicker plate. I looked at the Mantis one but it is the same as the original. https://mantispinball.com/product/twilight-zone-slot-kicker-plate/

On a side note, I played TZ a bunch of times in the past week since I got Alien in September. TZ stands the test of time. I love this game.

I keep on getting an error on 55 geneva switch. I have checked it out and everything seems to be fine. The game plays fine. What should I be looking for with this error?

I am getting a gumball geneva switch error on startup. It did not affect gameplay for a long time but now the gumball machine is not working. Are there any step by step instructions for removing the gumball machine? I can see the switch on the underside but it looks like it would be better to access by taking the gumball machine out.

This mystic seer came with my T2 uninstalled. What light would you wire it to?
