When I start a game on my TZ the ball will not kick out in the shooter lane. When I go into test mode it kicks out just fine. Any Ideas? Any help is much appreciated.

It would say pinball missing and fire solenoids if that is the case. Is the start button working in test?

not necessarily. i've had several instances on TZ where a ball got wedged in a spot with no switch, or way for the machine to detect it, and a new game was able to start fine, but just not kick a ball into the shooter lane.

Check the shooter lane switch (the non-optical one) in switch test for proper operation or that it’s stuck closed.

I will check all of these and let you know what I find. Thanks

Also, go into switch edge test and test the trough switches by rolling a ball over them, not with your finger(easy to do with the apron off). This will make sure they're all reading correctly. Testing the kicker solenoid just proves that the solenoid is working, not that the game knows where all the balls are located.
